Introducing Guest Blogger and FFR Automotive Training Partner – Clare Campbell

Who is Clare Campbell – FFR Automotive Training Partner?

Clare Campbell is a Director at Chameleon Change Management Ltd and is an experienced management, leadership and behavioural consultant with over 15 years of successfully deploying her training skills.

With a deep passion for developing people to enable them to realise their true potential, she has a strong belief that very often, a change of self is needed more than a change of scenery

Where did it all begin?

Starting her career with managing and leading a training academy for a key European passenger car manufacturer, she has covered a broad spectrum of roles, environments and cultures and would welcome the opportunity to talk to you and discover more about your company, business or individual needs.

TAP and IMI accredited, Clare has a great understanding of what engaging training, facilitation and development looks like.

Incorporating the whole learning cycle, Clare worked in 2016 with the ‘Leadership Trust’ where she further enhanced her strong facilitation and communication skills.

With a ‘distinction’ in Behavioural training, Clare has a clear understanding of how not to not only measure knowledge and skills but to deeply understand the impact that behaviour has on a business culture and an individuals development.

Why did FFR Automotive choose Clare as our Authorised Training Partner?

This was an easy choice for us! I previously awarded another contract to Clare and have seen first hand how she engages and how delegates respond to her training. I wanted someone I could trust to deliver relevant content, that my clients employees would be find useful both professionally and personally…. that person is Clare.

What am I going to talk about?

Over the next few weeks I want to talk through some of the great benefits that training (if done well) can give to the individual/the team/the manager & the business.

It is widely accepted that through continued investment from a business, staff can gain a much higher sense of job satisfaction, which improves their motivation levels towards their work. Also, if individuals feel invested in they are more likely to give back.

It can reduce employee turnover and increase productivity, which directly improves the profitability of a business. It also prevents competitors from taking away your best employees, Richard Branson once said “Train people well enough so that they could leave, then treat them well enough so they don’t want to”

Training comes in many forms all of which can help with job satisfaction, it can be having a mentor to work alongside you, it could also be on the job coaching, it can also be support from your manager and team. Ultimately though, personal development is also your responsibility. Not all businesses have dedicated training programmes so over the coming weeks I hope to give you an insight into what can be achieved and if you wish to hear more you can connect with me through LinkedIN     and you can also follow my new LinkedIN page by clicking these links.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you!
