THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £45,000 Basic + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

THE ROLE OF A BRANCH MANAGER:
As a branch manager you will be overseeing and responsible for the day to day running of the branch.
In charge of a team including parts advisors, warehouse and delivery drivers you will roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to all parts of the job, whether directing the branch operation, getting stuck in with customers, or helping out in the warehouse. As a branch manager, you are expected to lead from the front, motivating your team on to even greater success.
Working closely with the local business development manager, you will put together a plan to grow existing business while also looking at new customers, all with the objective of growing branch turnover.
It is down to you to motivate, lead and inspire the staff force to come together as a team.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BRANCH MANAGER:
Although a background in or knowledge of commercial vehicle parts management would be ideal, we are still keen to hear from individuals with strong branch management experience, whatever the industry.
Within this role, you will need strong leadership skills and all of the attributes required to manage a branch and lead a team.
