An exciting aftermarket business that is going through a period of growth and development. Looking to expand their team with the addition of a new business development manager.
THE ROLE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
As a business development manager, you will be working across the North of England, utilising all tools at your disposal to grow and develop your area.
Your customer base will consist primarily of both distributors such as motor factors and end-users including garages and workshops. You will be responsible for an existing account base to build on, alongside the development of new opportunities and new customers. Your task is to ensure that your products are at the front of everyone’s shelf!
Working from home, you will manage your own workload, diary and journey plan and work closely with both the sales manager and other sales team members to pursue the overall objective and ensuring continued growth. Alongside this, you will hold a number of other responsibilities including training, marketing, promotions, workouts and trade shows.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
This is an opportunity for an individual to step up from a motor factor level or alternatively, someone currently operating within a supplier and looking for a new and exciting role in an upwardly mobile business.
