One of the principle suppliers to the commercial vehicle aftermarket are expanding their external team. As such, an exciting new role for a commercial vehicle parts business development manager has arisen. With such a long-established name and an overarching product range it will be rare to find a customer who doesn’t know of them!
As a business development manager, the main focus of your role will be geared towards developing new business and relationship within the commercial vehicle market. You will work closely with the national sales manager and the existing distribution network helping to deliver a one stop shop service that will keep you at the forefront of the customers minds.
You will find yourself dealing with fleets, workshops and haulage companies across the board, speaking to decision makers at all levels, whether they be Owner / Operators, Directors, Buyers or Workshop Managers.

A background in or knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is required as is the ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships.
Field based roles are as much about your personality as they are the products you supply so a background in sales, whether that is internal or external is highly advantageous.
