Your main responsibility will be the tender processes, management and development of the UK’s major automotive aftermarket buying groups and their members. Working alongside a team of Business Development Managers and reporting into the Sales Director you will ensure that the highest levels of customer service and growth across the entire organisation is substantial and continued.
Working as a closely-knit team you will get your sleeves rolled up where necessary and get involved as and where needed, whether that is visiting factors, garages or trade shows.
Helping to develop and implement the sales strategy in both the short and the long term is essential in this changing market place so a deep understanding of the aftermarket is needed.
As a Key Account Manager, it is essential to be well motivated, driven and ambitious along with the ability to be to work well alone and as part of a wider UK & European team.
In depth knowledge of the UK Automotive Aftermarket is of course key and having relationships at all levels is highly advantageous, as is the ability to understand what it takes to grow business. This organisation are open to whether you are an experienced key account manager looking for that next exciting opportunity, or whether you are a working at a level below this and eager to step up and learn.
