As an office administrator, you will be central to ensuring that the business is running as smoothly as possible. No day will be the same and you will be getting involved in a wide variety of different business areas.
Some of the parts of your role will include:
Previous administration experience is highly desirable for this position along with good communication skills and someone who is comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers on the phone or over email.
Alongside this, a strong level of IT literacy is required as you will spend a lot of your time in front of a computer, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
