THE SALARY PACKAGE: c£40,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Benefits
THE LOCATION: Southern England (South of Northampton / Birmingham)
THE ROLE OF A REGIONAL MANAGER:
As a regional manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the branches in your region. Covering an area South of the Midlands (realistically south of Northampton / Birmingham), your main aim is the ensure that the branches are working from an operational perspective, as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Working with the branch management teams, you will look at the larger strategic picture on how to work with each area to grow business and sales. Each branch and area of the country they exist within has different markets and pressures and so understanding these and changing your approach to each is vital. One size does not fit all!
It is ultimately down to you to motivate, lead and inspire the management team to work together for the overall good and growth of the business.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A REGIONAL MANAGER:
Ideally, you will have strong experience in commercial vehicle parts management and looking to step up into a regional role.
There is extensive travelling within this role as you are responsible for branches across the south of England and hence should be comfortable both driving and staying away as and when required.
