As former PG Automotive and industry specialist recruiters, we wish to inform you of an exciting change to the recruitment landscape throughout the Automotive Aftermarket – the launch of FFR Automotive.

The Aftermarket is going through huge change currently and recruitment/people are one of the key areas affected by this. The Aftermarket is experiencing a real war for talent with qualified and skilled individuals being at a premium like never before. This is true from grass roots and junior positions, all the way through to the most senior levels.

With this landscape presenting challenges at every level of the recruitment cycle, the way we recruit and how we manage client/candidate relationships is more important than ever before and ultimately has to change.
This is why the recruitment team at PG Automotive led by Recruitment Director – Gavin Collier and Head of Aftermarket – David Jobin – (us) felt that the only way we could achieve this, was to break away from the old recruitment practices and create an exciting new alternative to the current recruiters in the marketplace whom service the aftermarket.

Secondly, We still have the same candidate network and relationships that we nurtured whilst with PG Automotive so from a quality point of view you will not only see the same level but an improvement as we add our latest technology and methods. Finally, FFR simply means Fixed Fee Recruits. Rather than the traditional percentage model we are now able to agree a Fixed Fee at the start of every campaign ensuring transparency throughout the process to ensure that you are not penalised for potentially rewarding your ideal candidate with a higher salary. This will also help you budget more effectively and in most cases reduce recruitment spend.
